PROJECT OVERVIEW

Royal West Mall is a large-scale mixed-use development located in 6th of October City, Egypt. The project comprises one basement level, a ground floor, and three upper floors, providing commercial, medical, and service facilities within a modern mixed-use development. Mirage Consulting Group delivered the complete MEP engineering design for the Core & Shell works.

  • Plumbing — water supply & drainage systems
  • Fire fighting system design
  • Air conditioning & ventilation systems
  • Lighting, power distribution & HVAC power feeding
  • Cable routing, cable trays, SLDs & panel schedules
  • Fire alarm, data network, sound system & CCTV
